【焼き鳥がもたらした縁！】

本日ランチお休みでございます！
手羽先、ねぎま、鋭意仕込み中でございます。

ぐっと冷え込んできましたね。。
この前とてもうれしい出会いがあったんです。

茅ヶ崎で焼き鳥屋さんをされているというご夫婦がいらして下さいました。
仕込みの話や、鶏の話、焼き台を目の前に、いろいろと話が弾みました。

遠方からわざわざいらしてくださり、とても感謝です。
とても話も弾んで、焼き鳥が結んだ縁に感謝です。

焼き鳥に対する考え方や（大げさですかね。。汗）
食材の扱い方など、共通項が見つけられてうれしいにつきます。

そんなことを思い出しながらですと、仕込みにも精が出るというわけです。

かがり火の引き戸を開けると、とってもあたたかい空気です。
皆様のお越しをお待ちしています。

さて、夜に向けてさらに仕込み進めます！

[YAKITORI brought the relationship]
A couple who runs a yakitori restaurant in Chigasaki visited us. We talked about the preparation process, the chickens, and many other things in front of the grilling table. We are very grateful to them for coming from so far away. We had a great conversation, and I am thankful for the relationship that Yakitori has brought us together. We talked about our thoughts on Yakitori (exaggeration, right?), and about the importance of Yakitori. (Sweat)) I am glad that we could find common ground in the way of thinking about yakitori and the way of handling the ingredients. Remembering these things makes me more energetic in my preparation. When you open the sliding door of KAGARIBI, the air is very warm.
