最近、おせちのご案内ばかりだったので、店内の植栽もぜひ見てもらいたく。。
どんな雰囲気の店内なのかなぁとか垣間見てもらえたらと。

今回はサンゴミズキとクロモジが店内の植栽となります。

このサンゴミズキ、初めて見た時赤くて『ほんもの？』と、思ったほど真っ赤な枝でして！
調べてみると、冬場に枝が真っ赤になる植物みたいで。
でも、5月にはお花の時期を迎えるという一年になんどもおいしい植物

そして、一緒に活けてあるクロモジ。。
とても殺菌効果の高い、高級楊枝の材料にもなっています。

そして、知ってます？かがり火のつまようじもクロモジです。

[KAGARIBI’s atmosphere ]

Recently, we have been showing only Osechi (New Year’s dishes), so I wanted to show you the plantings in the restaurant.
I wanted to give you a glimpse of what kind of atmosphere we have in the store.

This time, coral dogwood and Kuromoji are decorated in the store.

When I first saw this coral dogwood, it was so red that I thought, “Is this real? I thought, “Is it real? When I looked it up, I found that it is a plant whose branches turn bright red in winter. Also, its flowering season starting in May.

And then there is the Kuromoji, which is arranged together.
It is very effective in sterilizing and is also used to make high-grade toothpicks.

And you know what? The Kagaribi’s toothpicks are also made of Kuromoji.

Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m.!
